Thank you for visiting and shopping at Helcee. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We strive to have all orders processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We understand our items are, in most occasions, meant as gifts, therefore we will strive to meet the promised delivery date.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is calculated per item if a faster option than free shipping is selected.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and if the order is placed before 12pm EST.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Helcee ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Helcee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Helcee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take photos documenting your damaged package and product, we will create a claim with the carrier and replace your order.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, if we need them return back to us we will let you know shortly. Otherwise we will let you know when is ok to discard the damaged order.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to be properly packaged in a sufficient way that it arrives in good condition back to us. Please be sure to use plenty bubble wrap or other soft packaging, most of our items are very delicate and the carriers are not the gentlest in most cases. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

For non-damaged orders or just unwanted items of an order: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

For damaged orders: If a return is necessary we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please be sure to use plenty bubble wrap or other soft packaging, most of our items are very delicate and the carriers are not the gentlest in most cases.
